Friedrich Huebler

Friedrich Huebler is the Head of the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for TVET. He has been employed by the United Nations for more than two decades and worked previously at UNICEF Headquarters in New York and at the UNESCO Institute for Statistics in Montreal. He has a PhD in Economics from the New School for Social Research.
