Three days of high-level dialogue, shared evidence, and cross-sector debate have brought the WorldSkills Conference 2026 to this moment: a collective effort to set a shared direction for a skills-driven future and define the role of TVET in the post-2030 agenda.
This closing plenary brings together government leaders, international organisations, and industry representatives to move from insight to commitment. It asks what the conversations across the Conference reveal about where consensus is forming, where gaps remain, and what concrete steps governments, institutions, and industries must take to ensure that skills and TVET are placed at the heart of the global development agenda beyond 2030.
