Jian Wu

Professor Jian Wu is the Vice President of East China Normal University (ECNU), overseeing international cooperation and exchange affairs. He is a Professor of Physics and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He got a PhD in Optics from the State Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscopy at ECNU, following a BS in Physics from ECNU, with a visiting graduate study at the University of Rochester, USA. He did his postdoc as a Humboldt Research Fellowship at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt, Germany. His research focuses on ultrafast quantum physics.
