Ying Wang is Director General of the China Employment Training and Technical Instruction Center. She has worked for many years in vocational skills training, skilled talent assessment, and employment services. Since 2024, she has served as China’s Technical Delegate, participating in major events including the 47th and 48th WorldSkills Competitions and the WorldSkills General Assembly 2025.
