Qingchun Zheng, male, born in September 1971, a member of the Communist Party of China, holder of a Doctor of Engineering degree, Level II Professor, doctoral supervisor, recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, awardee of the Tianjin “May Day” Labor Medal, Tianjin Teaching Master, and Outstanding Communist Party Member in the Tianjin Education System. He currently serves as Chairman of the University Council, President of Tianjin University of Technology and Education. He is also Vice Chairman of the China Vocational Education Association, Council Member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, Standing Council Member of the China Society for Vocational and Technical Education, Committee Member of the Ministry of Education’s Engineering Education Professional Accreditation Committee for Mechanical Engineering, Expert in the Vocational Education Teacher Development Expert Resource Bank, and Council Member of the Tianjin Instrument and Control Society.
