Hedda is a certified systemic consultant and facilitator, supporting teams and organizations through change processes since 2019.
Before moving into consulting, she spent over two decades managing cultural and event projects across Germany, Europe, Russia, and the UAE, working with ministries, institutions, and NGOs, including many years as an event coordinator for WorldSkills.
Today, she combines her hands-on project experience with systemic methods to support sustainable, human-centred development for individuals and organizations.
