FutureSkills Prime is India’s flagship public-private digital skilling platform, led by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Govt. of India) and Nasscom, building India as a Digital Talent Nation. It drives employability, lifelong learning, and inclusive growth through certifications, internships, hackathons, and industry collaboration, ushering an era of digital literacy across the nation. Aligned with national frameworks, it has onboarded 3+ million learners, with 41% women participation and 86% completions from Tier 2/3 cities. The ecosystem includes 2,500+ institutions, 160+ corporates, 16 State Governments, and 500+ courses hosted on the FutureSkills Prime. It has been ranked 3rd globally in the European Commission’s Pact for Skills Report (2024) – a recognition of its impactful role in fostering digital skills transformation in India beyond barriers.
At the Skills CoLab exhibition- which is being held alongside the world’s largest vocational skills competition, WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 we aim to exchange practical insights, explore opportunities, and build partnerships that can drive impactful, future-ready talent development initiatives aimed at nurturing universal digital literacy skills. We are looking to connect with industry leaders, academic institutions, and digital skills development organizations working at the intersection of emerging technologies and workforce development. We seek to associate with partners with expertise in curriculum innovation, digital skilling (AI, cloud, cybersecurity), and scalable training models for diverse learner segments. We are also keen to engage with policymakers and ecosystem enablers to understand global educational frameworks that strengthen industry-academia alignment, paving the way for proliferation of digital leadership skills amongst all.
