Deadline for reserving your one-to-one meetings is 17 September
WorldSkills Conference’s most innovative initiative, the Skills CoLab, is now open for bookings. Over three sessions scheduled across 23 and 24 September 2026, the event is designed to facilitate meaningful exchange between pioneering skills development projects and Conference participants. A total of 26 projects from 20 countries will be present in this pilot edition.
Over six rounds of 30-minute meetings, a maximum of six Conference Delegates will be able to sit with the representatives of their preferred project. Capacity is limited, and bookings will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Two rounds will be open walk-up, with no booking needed. However, since popular projects fill up quickly, we recommend reserving your meeting in advance.
How to book your spot at the Skills CoLab
- Download the official Conference App via the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and access the Conference section.
- Go to the Skills CoLab section. You will be prompted to log in using your email.
- Browse the 26 selected projects and choose which ones you’d like to meet. You can book up to six meetings across the three sessions.
- Select your preferred session round and click “Book” to confirm your place.
- Project representatives are setting aside dedicated time for these meetings, so once you book a slot, you’re expected to honour it and show up.
Booking closes 17 September. For more information, consult the Skills CoLab page.
